1 c. sauce

1 c. sweet and sour sauce

1 1/2 lbs. smoked sausage (sliced into bite-size pieces)

On a 12-inch Dutch oven, place all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Mix together.

Bake for a half-hour at 375 degrees.

Crock Pot Chicken In Mushroom Gravy

3 whole chicken breasts, halved

1/4 c. dry wine or chicken stock

1 can cream of soup

1 (4 oz.) can mushroom, sliced

Salt & pepper

Place chicken pieces in Crock-Pot. Season with salt and pepper. Mix wine and soup. Pour over chicken. Add mushrooms. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or high 3 to 4 hours. The recipe could also be doubled in a 5-quart Crock-Pot.

Spiced Fruit Cobbler

4 cans or 1 qt. fruit

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 tbsp. sugar

1 pkg. cake mix

1 1/2 c. water

1 1/2 c. water

2 eggs

Place drained fruit slices in the bottom of the Dutch oven. Sprinkle with spices and sugar. Blend ready-mix, water, and eggs.

Pour over fruit mixture. Cover and cook 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

This is a cheesecake that I even have been making for over 20 years if you follow the recipe to the “T” you won’t have any problem, it's also colorful also because the most wonderful piece of pastry that you simply ever put in your mouth.

1 1/4 cups cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons butter or margarine melted

2 pounds cheese

1cup sugar

8 ounces soured cream

2 eggs

1cup flour
